1. Cut 76 mm (3”) long strips of deadener and wrap around the edges on the battery
tray bracket, as shown in the picture above.

2. Inspect the area near transmission cooler line bracket, as shown in the photo
above. If damage is found, repair the harness, and secure it as necessary.
Note: If no damage is found in that area, follow the harness over to the area at the top of
the control valve body cover, and inspect for damage to the harness that could be caused
by one of the studs securing the cover.
