Issue: Some 2015-2020 Mustang vehicles built on or before 30-Aug-2020 may exhibit a ratte like noise coming from the front seat. This may be due to the mating surface
between the seat frame and floor pans, To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to clean the mating surface.
Action: Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition on vehicles that meet all ofthe following criteria
+ 2015-2020 Mustang
+ Built on or before 30-Aug-2020
+ Rattle from the front seats (refer to sound clip in Service Procedure)

41. Remove the seat assemblies. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 501-10A Front Seats > Removal and Installation > Front Seat.
2. Wipe the seat frame and floor pan mating surfaces as shown in Figure 1 with alcohol wipes (or equivalent). (Figure 1)
