Essential Tool List 1: Exclusive to X350, X 350, X350
RA and X500
(Shipped and Invoiced by HDMC)
Refer to Table 3 and Table 4. Special tools that are exclusive
to the X350, X 350, X350 RA and X500 programs are ordered,
stocked, and distributed as service parts by Harley-Davidson
Motor Company (HDMC), not through the Bosch tools site. The
new X350, X 350, X350 RA and X500 special tools will be
automatically shipped to your dealership through a
Harley-Davidson Essential Tools shipment.

Purpose for Service Bulletin
This bulletin informs dealers that Harley-Davidson has provided
information on the essential tools for the recently introduced
X350, X 350, X350 RA and X500 vehicles.

Essential Tool List 2: Existing Tools
(Order from Bosch)
Refer to Table 5. Some of the special tools required for the
X350, X 350, X350 RA and X500 are common with that of other
Harley-Davidson models and supplied by Bosch. For these
tools, check your in-house inventory against the Essential Tool
List 2: Existing Tools. Order as required from the Bosch Tools
website.
