• The MIL or Exhaust warning light is ON.
• A whistling noise may be heard from the engine compartment.
Workshop findings:
The following DTCs are stored in the engine control module ECM, J623 (address word 0001):
• DTC P2ADF00 Intake Air System Leak Bank 2 (must be stored).
• DTC P227900 Intake Air System Leak Bank 1 may be stored, if so please also perform service solution in TSB
2069351.
DTCs pertaining to misfires on Bank 1 may also be stored.

In this case, replace the full load breather line for cylinder bank 2.
1. Do not replace the oil separator for bank 1 or bank 2 or the part load breather lines.
a. Please refer to image of the crankcase from the Self Study Program 920493 as a guide.

• Item 3 Part load breather line for bank 1
• Item 4: Full load breather line for bank 1
• Item 5: Oil separator for bank 2
• Item 6: Non-return valve
• Item 7: Full load breather line for bank 2
