DESCRIPTION

This document will guide the user through installation of the left and right roof extenders in the roof air deflector on an LT tractor.

REPAIR STEPS

WARNING! To prevent property damage, personal injury, and / or death, park vehicle on a hard,
flat surface, turn the engine off, set the parking brake, and install wheel chocks to prevent the
vehicle from moving in either direction.

WARNING! To prevent property damage, personal injury, and / or death, if the vehicle must be
raised, do not work under the vehicle supported only by jacks. Jacks can slip or fall over.

WARNING! To prevent personal injury and / or death, always wear safe eye protection when
performing vehicle maintenance.

WARNING! To prevent property damage, personal injury, and / or death, keep flames or sparks
away from vehicle and do not smoke while servicing the vehicle’s batteries. Batteries expel
explosive gases.

[ WARNING! To prevent property damage, personal injury, and / or death, remove the ground
cable from the negative terminal of the battery box before disconnecting any electrical
components. Always connect the ground cable last.

1. Park vehicle on a level surface.
2. Shift transmission into Park or Neutral and set parking brake.
3. Turn ignition to Key OFF position.

4. Install wheel chocks.

5. Verify unit is missing roof air deflector extension (Figure 1, Item 1).

6. Prep the left and right exentions(figure 2, Items 1&2) by connecting together with the 2 bolts shown in (Figure 2, Item 3).

7. Next install the Air deflector support P/N 4330574C91 (Figure 3, item 1) on to the rear center top of the cab.

8. Take the whole extension from line 6 and install the center portion under the the support with the bolts going up through the
center of the extenion into the support (Figure 4, Item 2).

9. Install the 4 bolts on the left and right side through the top deflector and the side flare (Figure 5 Item 1).

10. Use the remaining 8 bolts(Figure 3 item 2) and install on the underside of the extension into the roof deflector pre installed bolt
holes.

11. Verify the extension is secure.
