SYMPTOM
Some customers experience the following error:

POSSIBLE CAUSE
A software issue is causing an internal error in the Infotainment Control Unit.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Restart the OTA System, then update the Audio Unit to the latest software version via System Updates.
If the software is up to date, and the code reappears, follow the trouble shooting steps for Code D015.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
Restart the OTA System
1. Use iHDS to connect to the vehicle.
2. Perform an All DTC Scan.
3. Perform an All DTC Clear.
4. Select System Selection Menu.
NOTE: The entire pathway should be as follows: System Selection Menu > CAN Gateway > Adjustment > Restart
the OTA System.

5. Select CAN Gateway.

6. Select Adjustment.

7. Restart the OTA System.

Connect the Vehicle to Wi-Fi
1. On the Audio Unit Display select Home.
2. Select General Settings.
3. Select Connections.
4. Select Wi-Fi.
5. Select Change Mode.
6. Select Network.
NOTE: Select Confirm on the pop-up that appears when changing from Smartphone Connection to Network.
7. Select the desired Wi-Fi connection.
NOTE: The AHMOTA Network should be available at all Honda dealerships.
8. After connection completes, select Home to return to the home screen.
Check for System Updates and Install System Update Software (OTA Updates)
1. Select Home on the Audio Unit Display.
2. Select System Updates.
3. Select Check for Updates.
4. Follow prompts to download and install updates.
NOTE:
•

CGW and TCU updates must be installed prior to the Audio Unit Software.

•

Multiple Power Mode (IG) Cycles will be required.
