SYMPTOM
Some customers experience the following errors: DTC U1803 and Code TT06.
In all trims, the message below appears in the Meter. When i-HDS is used to perform an ALL DTC Scan, the
DTC U1803-88 will be returned.
In Hybrid trims, the audio unit may also display Code TT06.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
A software issue is causing an internal Ethernet error in the CAN Gateway Unit (CGW).

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Restart the Over the Air (OTA) System, then update the CGW to the latest software version.
If the software is up to date, and the code reappears, follow the trouble shooting steps for DTC U1803-88.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
Restart the OTA System
1. Use iHDS to connect to the vehicle.
2. Perform an All DTC Scan.

3. Perform an All DTC Clear.
4. Select System Selection Menu.
NOTE: The entire pathway should be as follows: System Selection Menu > CAN Gateway > Adjustment > Restart
the OTA System.
5. Select CAN Gateway.
6. Select Adjustment.

7. Restart the OTA System.
8. Use the ECU Reprogramming to perform a software update on the CGW.
NOTE: Refer to service bulletin 22-100, Updating Control Units/Modules with the ECU Reprogramming Application, for
more details.
9. If code reappears after the software is up to date, follow service manual troubleshooting steps for DTC U1803-88.
