01/01/2016. The vendor information has been updated.

In PartsPro®, go to ‘Group 72 - DOORS’ then into ‘Subgroup 657 - KEY and LOCKSET-DOOR/IGNITION.’
Look at the description of the lock set. Some of the lock sets are coded. If you see the description that reads
‘LOCKSET-KEY CODE FTxxxx,’ as shown in Fig. 1, go ahead and place a DTNA order for the lock set, and it
will come coded per the description.

If the description of the lock set is ‘LOCKSET RANDOM KEY CODES,’ as shown in Fig. 2, proceed with one of
the following:
• If you can have a lock set recoded by a local locksmith, place a DTNA order for the random coded lock
set and have the lock set recoded by a local locksmith. This is the quickest way to get a lock set for the
customer. Key codes are found in ServicePro under ‘Major Components.’ See Fig. 3.
• If you cannot have a lock set coded locally by a locksmith, contact VSI Lock & Key Solutions and place
the order directly to them for the coded lock set. Orders will be direct billed between the dealer and the
supplier. You will need to provide the part number of the random lock set and the key code. DO NOT
PLACE A DTNA ORDER.
• If you need to order multiple lock sets with the same key code, contact VSI Lock & Key Solutions. Orders
will be direct billed between the dealer and the supplier. You will need to provide the part number of the
random lock set, the number of lock sets needed, and the key code. DO NOT PLACE A DTNA ORDER.
