Combination Meter
The 2015 Legacy and Outback feature a new sporty instrument panels highlighted by two binocularstyle gauge pods. Centered in the panel is a standard 3.5” LCD or a 5” LCD for models with the
Eyesight driver-assist system. The Premium and Limited-trim levels feature electro-luminescent
gauges.

LAN/CAN Changes
The 2015 Legacy and Outback receive a new CAN configuration to accommodate the increased
numbers of modules and functions. In comparison to previous models, the primary difference is
that the CAN has been divided into two separate High Speed circuits identified as “Main CAN”
and “Body CAN”. New members to the CAN include the Subaru Rear Vehicle Detection, Auto Head
Lamp Leveler (or SRF CU), and Infotainment units.
