Purpose for Parts and Accessories Bulletin
To inform dealers that the Screamin' Eagle Pro Street Tuner (Part No. 41000008C) will be unavailable for the remainder of 2022.
Pro Street Tuner availability is expected in March 2023.
Screamin' Eagle (49-State) Touring, Trike, Softail and Sportster (XL) calibrations are available now through Digital Technician II
(DT II). See Table 2 or Table 3 for available calibrations.

United States: 49-State application except California.
Canada, Mexico, and Australia.

Summary
The Screamin' Eagle Pro Street Tuner (Part No. 41000008C) for 49-State application will be unavailable for the remainder of the
year with availability expected in March 2023.
Due to current 2021 and later fitment of Screamin' Eagle/Digital Technician II calibrations, it is recommended dealerships prioritize
(Part No. 41000008C) inventory to customers with 2020 and earlier models.
Screamin' Eagle (49-State) Touring and Trike calibrations are available now through DT II. Below is the list of available calibrations.
Key Messages:
With continued supply chain chip shortages, the Screamin’ Eagle Pro Street Tuner will be unavailable for the remainder of 2022.
• Harley-Davidson expects Pro Street Tuner availability in March 2023.
• Current Pro Street Tuner orders will remain open but will not be fulfilled until that time.
• Review any open orders and adjust accordingly.

FILE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

Screamin' Eagle Stage I-IV calibrations will be available through Digital Technician II for 2021 and Later models.
• The Screamin' Eagle Digital Technician calibrations will be available to support both narrowband and wideband applications.
• 2021 and Later calibrations will be prioritized first for Digital Technician II with other select 2020 and earlier calibrations coming
later in March 2023.
• When Digital Technician II is used to download a Screamin' Eagle calibration into a specific vehicle, each dealer can expect
to be invoiced accordingly on a bi-weekly basis.
• New Screamin' Eagle Digital Technician flash pricing is as follows: Dealer Net Pricing: $164.47 and Manufacturer's Suggested
Retail Price (MSRP): $234.95. This pricing is subject to change.
Screamin' Eagle calibrations within Digital Technician II allow a vehicle to receive a base Screamin' Eagle calibration but does
not allow for adjustability.
• It is recommended that consumers use the Screamin' Eagle Smart Tune Pro Automatic Tuning Module (Part No. 41000445A)
where additional automatic fine tuning may be needed.
