This bulletin highlights the Harley-Davidson Warranty Policy
changes for dealers in North and South America for 2023.
Starting January 3, 2023, all dealers in the United States,
Canada, and LATAM will see the following changes reflected
in the 2023 Warranty Manual
• Authorizations for warranty repairs provided by Technical
Service will no longer have an expiration date.
• Reconsideration allowance on rejected claims has been
increased from two (2) per calendar year to four (4) per
calendar year per dealership and now is also available to
Latin America dealers starting January 2023. As a reminder,
reconsiderations of rejected claims totaling $250 or less will
not be accepted.
• Credit Inquiry administration fees have been removed. Credit
Inquiries under $50 will not be accepted.
• We have updated the Custom Coverage Policy to allow the
addition of E-Commerce purchases.
What you need to do:
• You must review the 2023 Warranty Manual for additional
policy information which can be found on the warranty
landing page of h-dnet.com.
• To navigate to the Warranty Landing Page, simply type the
word “Warranty” in the search field of h-dnet.com and select
the orange box for the Warranty Page.
• Throughout the year, ensure you are checking the “Latest
Warranty News and Information” section of the warranty
landing page for important updates.
