During manufacturing, the rearview camera was not properly sealed. This can let moisture enter the camera, causing the camera display to be cloudy or the camera not to work, and/or a Rear Camera Not Available message to appear.

What is the reason for this notice?
Our records indicate that a Product Update has not been completed on this vehicle (Vehicle Identification Number
[VIN NUMBER]). During manufacturing, the rearview camera was not properly sealed. This can let moisture
enter the camera, causing the camera display to be cloudy or the camera not to work, and/or a Rear Camera
Not Available message to appear.
What will Honda do?
Contact any authorized Honda dealer for an appointment to replace the rearview camera. This work will be done for
FREE. Please plan to leave your vehicle at the dealer for at least half a day to allow them flexibility in scheduling.
