Instructions:
Use attached prints for reference during repairs. Print numbers are listed with some pictures below for
further reference.

1.
The outside intake vent hole may not be cut large enough. Please use attached prints
to confirm cutout size and cut larger is needed.
2. Ensure there is no insulation blocking the intake opening.

3. Seal needs to be added around the opening between the intake plenum & van body.
4. Remove two black Southco latches in the front of the cabinet. Loosen and remove the
red strap holding the A/C in place and remove A/C to access exhaust.

5. A/C exhaust plenum #16 on the TIP0425 print is not lined up with the air exhaust
opening. The screws need to be removed and the plenum slid rearward. The strap
needs to be moved clear as well.
6. Exhaust flange at the floor is not lined up with the hole in the floor and the floor hole
is too small. (hole in floor is 3.5” and should be 4”)

7. Mesh cover not installed properly & wrong size, should be a larger piece and needs
secured to bottom of frame rail. TFM7703
8. Exhaust hose may be too long and should have the excess cut off to keep the hose
from kinking.

9. LH rear A/C vent hose may become pinched between the exhaust hose and the rear of
the bed base. The A/C vent hose can be rerouted in front of the exhaust hose which
will also provide room to move the exhaust plenum rearward.
10. Once repair has been completed check that the temperature coming out of the vent
hoses is at least 15 degrees below the ambient temperature inside of the van.
