One damper adjustment included for Polestar 2 with Performance pack (Öhlins dampers)
The offer:
• One (1) damper adjustment is included free of charge for each Polestar 2 equipped with
Performance pack (these cars have adjustable Öhlins dampers).
•

New car customers can get the dampers adjusted either 1) before new car handover or 2) within
one year after new car handover.

•

Already existing customers with Performance pack cars can get the dampers
adjusted during one year starting January 19th 2022. The offer for existing customers ends January
19th 2023.

•

Our Pick-up and delivery service is not included in this offer.

Claims
• Claims for performed adjustments are done via QW90 and claims can be performed 1 time per car.
•

Two claim types have been created in QW90 for this purpose.

extra month added to ensure enough time for adjustments performed close to customer

Check validity of the offer by finding claim type information (start date, end date, times accepted,
times claimed) for relevant VIN in the service point’s business application portal and check
warranty inquiry.

will find a checklist below that can be filled in when speaking with the client. This form can then be
handed over to the service department for execution during PDS2.

Comfort Compliant (Front adjustment position 14, Rear adjustment position 15)
The factory setting. This is the go-to setting for drivers who want a little extra comfort in their dayto-day driving. The body control is more relaxed than the Nominal and Rough road settings, and
the softer Comfort option is still available if desired.

Track (Front adjustment position 1, Rear adjustment position 2)
This setting is best suited for specific high-performance driving events, where ultimate control
and responsiveness is desired. Drivers looking for a distinctly sports-oriented feel may enjoy this
setting during regular usage.

•

Nominal (Front adjustment position 8, Rear adjustment position 8)
Öhlins delivers the dampers with a setting that balances comfort, responsiveness, and stability
for most driving styles. This setting was developed through years of tuning and testing, both at the
Polestar Hällered test track and out in the real world.

•

Rough Road (Front adjustment position 11, Rear adjustment position 11)
Drivers that regularly encounter uneven road surfaces may prefer a slightly softer ride. This setting
maintains the essential Polestar DNA while increasing all-round comfort.

•

Comfort (Front adjustment position 18, Rear position 20)
This setting is recommended for situations when comfort takes priority over performance, such as
a long road trip with passengers. The dampers will maintain their responsiveness, with increased
softness.
