enable to send my chec feature in my 49x truck®

hi since 2 days i create a new feature for beacon in 49x. | create feature, after i put my
feature in condition (active )in CHEC. After i add my feature in the serial number of my
truck in CHEC. After i open diagnostic link and connect my truck. | update XMC with the
server in my truck. But when i put my multimeter x3 pin 12 i put my option switch on and i
have 8 volt. | dont know what is my mistake please help me. picture in link
another step to tranfer feature in my truck?
can i activate my feature in parameter of my truck after reprogram my xmc?
| have mistake in my feature ?

&Y From you description it is hard to know.
Have you verified that an XMC 3 is on the truck?
We have had problems with DL8 connecting to XMC3 as well, but we can get it to
connect by first disconnecting all and reconnection all, or shut downs and restart
DL8

Is there an XMC 3 showing up in the roll call? Possibly updating the wrong XMC from
server.

| didn't see XMC3 listed. In the one picture you attached, XMCO2T was
highlighted. Then | see XMC202T. Wasn't sure if there was another XMC
listed.

We have the exact same issue from XMC 3 pin x12, we have been working with CHEC
support for 2 weeks, tried a known working logic set as requested by CHEC support and
not working. It is ramped up with Engineering, There are others with the same
complaint and others that do work. Could be an issue with DL8 as well we see some
strange anomalies happening.

Still working with this this morning. We have cleared all the changes and made CHEC
resemble what it was when vehicle left factory.
We will reflash the XMC3. Then we will use another new logic set, but change the input
switch and the output and see if that works. This was given to us by CHEC support to try.

i delete my feature in CHEC on the truck. When i want to reflash my xmc3 on the
truck i don't see xmc3 on program device. The only xmci see is xmc202t and
xmc20t.
Do you know why i only see this two xmc?
Do you know the difference between XMC202T & XMC20T ?
Do you know what should i do to see XMC3 in program device when i connect with
the truck? (We have 3 49x in the shop and when i connect my computer with all the
49x truck don't see xmc3 in programm device andi try with 2 other laptop and its
same thing).
Thanks for your time scott is very appreciate and sorry for my bad english i speak
french normally.

hi scott, yes i have xmc3 on my truck.
| think i found my probleme. | have 2 software ( xmc202t and xmc20t) on the
truck. But i don't have software for Xmc3. | think at the factory, they put 2
softwares for the same xmc 2 but no software for xmc3. i think is why i can't
see the xmc3 when i connect DL8 on truck.

That's what's | was wondering about. Each computer should show up
on the roll call. | don’t have access to it right now but is there another
XMC listed when trying to manually connect to a computer through
DiagnosticLink. If it only shows two different XMC modules, it seems
there needs to be some type of update done to DiagnosticLink. 4 Top
