2016 PWC & UTILITY
We have some exciting news to tell you about! There are a number of new models being launched this
season. And we've made many enhancements to our existing line up. Below is a brief description and then on
the following pages there is a more extensive introduction for each model presented on its own page to allow
you to pass the page or pages to the appropriate dealers. The enhancements are detailed on last page and
provide you enough details to share when you meet with your dealers.
Thank you for your feedback; it was critical in making this launch successful.

AUX 1882, 2082, 2282, and 2482
The first new line is an addition to our utility family. It will fit into the AUT/AUX family. These trailers
are designed to handle multiple larger UTVs and most automobiles. It comes with several ramp
options and will be ready for production on October 31, 2015. The 2482 will follow with later delivery
on November 30, 2015. Specifications and other details about this product can be found on the
following pages.

Kayak Trailer (KL)
The second new model we are excited to tell you about is a new Kayak Trailer (KL) which has lots
of great features and should be a real hit in the market place. This trailer is designed to carry more
than just kayaks. It can hold bicycles, canoes, paddleboards, coolers and up to 7 kayaks! It will be
something new for us to sell, but early feedback from dealers in Wisconsin point to this being a great
success. This product will be ready for production on October 31, 2015. Specifications and other
details about this product can be found on the following pages.

AUX
Next we are relaunching the AUX models. We think this family will eventually replace the AUT family but until it
proves it is capable of doing so we will continue to maintain our AUT. The AUX family models are designed to
provide a more flexible platform from which to configure trailers with ramps. This product is ready for
production today. Specifications and other details about this product can be found on the following pages.

Low Rider
Although we are in the middle of our snow season we wanted to tell you about a new addition to our hybrid
(TC) family. It’s called the TC Low Rider. This product has been under development since the beginning of the
year. We have been developing and testing this new concept with Paul McNichol at Alumite. The TC Low
Rider will be marketed as an easy-to-tow fuel efficient trailer which will pay for itself overtime. This product is
ready for production today as a TC118 LR. Specifications and other details about this product can be found on
the following pages. This product is available in one size and with limited options. A special order form is
attached to this packet detailing the size and options available this season.

Enhancements
Finally, there are additional product enhancements being made to our current Utility and PWC lineup.
These enhancements can be found on the last two pages of this packet. Thanks again for your feedback

AUX 1882, 2082, 2282 & 2482
Target market – ATV, UTV and Auto haulers
Objective – As ATVs and UTVs continue to grow heavier and longer, we needed to do the same to our
trailers. This new model comes in four sizes up to 24’ and can handle two large UTVs, multiple ATVs or
most automobiles.
Features and Benefits – This trailer will be classified as an AUT/AUX. Multi-use front and rear cross
members are used to allow increased flexibility with ramps and accessories. The trailer will come in 18’,
20’, 22’ and 24’ lengths. Tie downs include 3, quickslides and 4, 3/8” carriage bolt tracks that run the
entire length of the trailer to accommodate motorcycles to cars. The front cross member has two tie down
tracks that run the full width of the trailer, one on the front side and the other on the top side. It’s our
intention to develop all accessories to be mounted using these tie down features. There are currently
three ramps which can be ordered separately, they include: twin AUX stone guard ramp, 46 1/2” heavy
duty bi-fold and the 72” heavy duty bi-fold ramp pictured on page 5. The trailer is built with a one inch thick
aluminum deck and 42” long beavertail on the 18’, and 48” long beavertail on the 20’, 22’, and 24’. The
deck height with 14” wheels is 22”. 15” wheels are an option on this model. Top of the fender is 8” above
the deck and is not removable. All models will be equipped with Autoflex torsion axles and a 6000#
GVWR rating with electric brakes on one or both axles.

Ordering suggestions:
We think the AUX 2082 or 2282 with the #17773, 72” Long Twin Stone Guard Ramp or the #18270 Long
Heavy Duty Bi-Fold with be the most popular configuration for general cargo purposes.
Two 4 Passenger UTV’s will fit nicely onto either the AUX 2282 or AUX2482 with Twin Stone guard ramp

AUX 2082 with Long Heavy Duty Bi-Fold

AUX 1272-2, 1472-1, 1472-2, 1082, 1282-1, 1282-2, 1482-1, 1482-2, 1682-2
Target market – General utility, ATV, MC, UTV.
Objective – Update our AUT family with a more flexible trailer platform able to receive a variety of ramps
and accessories. One important feature is to allow most ramp configurations to lay flat on the deck of the
trailer.
Features and Benefits – Same industry leading features as our AUT’s heavy duty 1” aluminum deck
available in select 72” wide and all 82” deck series. An enhancement was made to reduce noise on ramp
arms with the new AUX uprights. The new uprights integrate the accessories with the ramp hold downs for
most of the available ramps.
AUX offers a ramp for every need including a heavy duty bi fold, twin stone guard and solid end gate. Bifold ramp will fold flat to the deck. Integrated LED light bar in the rear cross member gives a clean new
look from the rear of the trailer. AUX uprights are a one handed operation to latch and unlatch your ramp
on all ramps but the HD bi-fold and twin stone guard. The uprights also serve as a solid corner post to
attach the side and rail kit for a rock solid and noise free mounting.

KAYAK - KL
Target Market – The outdoor recreation market is experiencing dramatic growth. And in particular the
sales of kayaks is tremendous. This trailer is designed for the outdoor enthusiasts.
Objective – Develop a stylish multi-purpose trailer flexible enough to carry kayaks, canoes, bikes
and other cargo.
Features and Benefits – The KL is the perfect multisport trailer for your Kayaks, SUPs, surf
boards, sail boards, canoes, bikes, storage boxes, coolers and other toys.
While removable padding is provided on the arms to protect flat boats, surf or paddle boards, the
arms have been designed with (2x) 1/4” and (4x) 5/16” carriage bolt slots to accept a wide variety of
OEM carrier accessories. The arms are also sized to work with most direct bolt on and wide bar
clamp systems including those from Yakima®, Thule®, Malone® and Hobie®.
This is a right sized trailer for the silent sports, being light enough for behind small vehicles yet
robust enough to handle heavy use by the consumer. It is not necessarily an overbuild outfitter
trailer. The outfitters may still appreciate our heavier duty LXT kayak trailers.
The low profile and adjustability keeps your toys in behind the tow vehicle for better aerodynamics
and gas mileage. Low height allows easier loading than a roof mounted rack system.
The modular design that can grow as your needs grow. Bottom arms on the base trailer are
spaced to allow easy attachment of multiple bicycle mounts, storage boxes or other accessories.
The tongue is removable with a split wire harness and the masts and arms can be broken down for
compact shipping and storage. It should be noted that this trailer is 94” long unassembled and
can be shipped laying across the semi-trailer bed to allow for more efficient loading. It also
has the stylish Triton look with wishbone frame and bright watersports graphics.
The trailer has a 600# capacity evenly distributed over the bars or up to 150# per arm. Loaded CG
should be kept low, centered and balanced on the arms.

How to Order – The base trailer with proper accessories can hold 2 narrow boats/boards or one
wide boat on its 3 arms with carriage bolt slots. It can also carry a boat and a box, a boat and a
couple bicycles or any combination.
Add a pair of trees with one arm each to add another layer of toy storage.
Additional pairs of arms can be added to mount a wide variety of toys up to the weight limits. 2 pairs of
arms allow room for up to 7 lightweight boats.
Up to 6 sets of arms can be added to individually stack surfboards, sail boards or Stand Up Paddle
Boards.

HYBRID TC LOW RIDER
Target Market – This trailer is designed to haul snowmobiles, ATVs and motorcycles.
Objective –Develop something innovative to allow our distributors and dealers to differentiate Triton from the
competition.
Features and Benefits – The lower profile makes this Hybrid easier to tow and more fuel efficient. Another
valuable feature is that the ramp angle is now significantly lower and consequently easier to load. This is a
feature that will benefit the snowmobiler, ATVer or even motorcycle rider! This new hybrid model will eventually
come with all the same options as the current base TC models. Currently the following options are available:
fuel door, side door, vents, finished lauan interior, spare tire carrier and quick slides (floor and wall).

PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS
Besides adding several new products to the spring line up, we will be making several enhancements on the
Utility and PWC family.
The UT12 & 16 only will have full length deck support added underneath the plywood of the trailer. This extra
support will help prevent floor sagging with certain loadings.
The ramp arms on the UT, CH and EHHD have been modified to provide a more robust connection and cut
down on some of the noise.
The CH and EHHD ramp arms will have a solid pin with plastic bushings (image A). Also, the heavy duty long
bi-fold ramp will have a longer ramp approach and closer plank spacing. This will be great for loading lower
profile vehicles and vehicles with smaller diameter wheels.
We've modified the AUT ramp arm supports with plastic bushings to reduce noise and wear (image B).
The APT wire ways have been moved to allow for improved access to the axle mount area. This should make
installation of the axles easier.
Triton has made a few changes in the PWC series as well. The Wave trailer will now come standard with LED
bullet side marker lights (image C). The axles and winches on all PWC trailers will be supplied by Autoflex.
We have had great experience with Autoflex having used their axles on the Wave and TCs this past season.
Triton will be making a few changes for the accessories for the Utility and PWC trailers as well. We will be
having new aluminum storage boxes. Due to low demand, Triton will be discontinuing the low and hi profile
PWC bunk kits.
