glass fiber base. This premium mix is exceptionally fade resistant, has
a very long life and exceptional drum compatibility.
Ultrablock’s stopping performance and wear
characteristics have been extensively evaluated
in dynamometer testing and in millions of
miles of practical use by fleets. Low swell
and growth characteristics reduce potential
for wheel lockup, making Ultrablock suitable for use with automatic
slack adjusters. High tensile strength eliminates cracking in both shoe
