Warranty Information
Neo-Brake Systems, Inc. warrants to its direct customers, (“Buyer”) subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations expresses
herein, its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
Neo-Brake’s liability and Buyer’s remedy is limited, at Neo-Brake’s option, to replacement of defective goods at the F.O. B.
point stated in the purchase order or repayment of the purchase price. Buyer shall return defective goods and Neo-Brake shall
bear the cost of shipping only after confirming definite shipping instructions and issuing and RGA.
Replacement of defective goods or repayment of the purchase price will be made only upon receipt of Buyer’s written notice
that the goods are defective and subject to Neo-Brake’s right to inspect the goods. Neo-Brake’s total liability shall not exceed
Buyer’s original cost of the goods.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered or subjected to misuse or neglect, or products manufactured
to the design and/or specifications furnished by the buyer.

Only those cores listed on the price sheet will be eligible for return. Any cores returned to Neo-Brake but not listed on the price
sheet will be disposed of unless prior arrangements have been made with Neo-Brake Customer Service.
Credits will not be issued for cores returned in excess of those purchased.
Cores can only be returned for credit within 365 days of purchase.
Cores should be rejected by the dealer prior to return for the following defects:
Broken welds at table-web joint
Broken or cracked web
Deformed or bent web
Excessive corrosion on table or web
Flared or damaged ends
Ears on web bent
Torch damage
Rusted shoe table
No torching or welding allowed
Worn or elongated roller socket

Neo-Brake will maintain its policy of anticipating a like-for-like exchange of brake shoe cores.
Core charges will appear on the customers invoice for remanufactured brake shoes or kits.
Credits for returned cores will be processed within five (5) business days after receipt at Neo-Brake
Should market conditions necessitate a change in core values, customers will be notified.

Today’s trucks are more aerodynamic, loads are heavier and air brake systems are more frequently abused. It all
adds up to heavy-duty brake systems that are subject to more stress than ever before. And it means that if your
rebuilt brakes don’t meet or exceed OEM specs, you could be in for trouble. Neo-Brake rebuilds heavy-duty brake
shoes. That’s all we do...so quality and reliability are particularly important to us. We can’t afford to have a single
customer dissatisfied with a Neo-Brake product.

An eye for details right out of the blocks.
To make a quality rebuilt brake shoe, you need a solid foundation. We start
right at the core. Our drivers visually inspect each used core before it’s
loaded onto our truck. If a core doesn’t meet our standards, it won’t make
the trip to our facility. How is a driver qualified to make these decisions?
Well, most aren’t. But Neo-Brake drivers go through weeks of training,
learning to tell the difference between a good core and a bad one.

Production: Where safety starts.
Each Neo-Brake shoe is produced by experts trained in the methods of
maintaining product quality. Here’s a look at our process from start to finish:

Washing First we remove old grease, dust and residue from the
old core. Each core is then visually inspected for any imperfections.
Cores that don’t meet our strict standards are disposed of. We don’t
take chances.

Delining Next, worn linings are stripped from the core. Another
visual inspection is performed.
Blasting Paint and rust are removed down to bare metal. Once
again, we visually inspect every core to ensure that all paint and rust are
removed. OEM gauge inspection is performed at this stage to ensure all
cores meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Coating All Neo-Brake cores are coated with paint that’s specially
formulated to resist rust and corrosion.

Lining Finally, premium asbestos-free brake block material is applied
in our automated riveting line. This friction material, manufactured by a
pressure forging process, provides ultimate stopping power, long wear
and excellent drum compatibility.
