Order Procedures:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support
contact Supplier directly via phone number.

Stock Orders Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a local
Emergency Orders

Emergency orders (EM) may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be
processed with a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.

Minimum Order Quantity There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders.

Freight & Free
Freight Policy:

Continental United States - Webb Severe Duty will ship the following prepaid to any point in the continental United States
via a Webb Wheel chosen carrier: Orders of 80 pcs (drums or rotors, mix and match, excluding components). All orders
less than the above specifications will be shipped freight collect or third party bill. The
customer must specify their choice of carrier. Orders will not be held or combined with other orders to meet the prepaid
freight requirements. Refer to Webb SD's Freight Policy letter for their most up to date policies.

Order Fulfillment
Policy:

The standard order processing time is 11 business days from date of order placement. Processing time for low volume
product is 15-25 business days.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus
within two weeks of each pricing update.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over with a prefix of "WS-".

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please view Supplier warranty documents as warranty varies based on item. Contact Supplier directly.

Returns:

Contact Supplier directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed above. All
returned items MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box.
RGAs have an expiration date of sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and void. All returns are
subject to a 25% or greater restocking fee. Will not authorize any returns that are not properly packaged or in the original
packaging. No credit will be issued for product that has been damaged, altered, or installed on equipment. The customer
is responsible for all freight charges on the returned merchandise. Special order items or non stock items are not
returnable.
All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately.
We are not responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us.
For excess stock returns, contact the Supplier directly.

Freight Policy

Continental United States - Webb Severe Duty will ship the following prepaid to any point in
the continental United States via a Webb Wheel chosen carrier:


Non-Continental United States (AK, HI, PR) – For orders with a destination outside the
continental US (AK, HI, PR), Webb Severe Duty will ship the following prepaid to the port of
departure within the US via a Webb Wheel chosen carrier:


Orders of 80 pcs (drums or rotors, mix and match, excluding components)

All orders less than the above specifications will be shipped freight collect or third party bill. The
customer must specify their choice of carrier. Orders will not be held or combined with other
orders to meet the prepaid freight requirements.
Canada – Webb Severe Duty will ship the following prepaid to any Canadian destination that
can be reached via standard commercial ground transportation via a Webb Wheel chosen
carrier:


Orders of 80 pcs (drums or rotors, mix and match, excluding components)

Any order, regardless of size, that cannot be reached via standard commercial ground
transportation will be shipped freight collect or third party bill. All orders less than the above
specifications will be shipped freight collect or third party bill. The customer must specify their
choice of carrier. Orders will not be held or combined with other orders to meet the prepaid
freight requirements.
**Please note that Webb Severe Duty will not hold inventory. It is the customer’s responsibility
to maintain any stock required for contracts.

Returned Goods Policy
Issued January 2015
Warranty Returns – A WRA number must be obtained prior to returning material for inspection
for a suspected warranty issue. Product must be clearly marked with the WRA number. Product
must be shipped to the following address freight prepaid:

If product is determined to be warrantable, credit will be issued for the product as well as the
freight associated with return. However, a copy of the freight bill must be submitted to receive
credit for freight charges. If product is found to be defect free, credit will not be issued and the
customer will be responsible for all freight charges associated with the return of the product to
Webb Severe Duty. After notification that the product was not found to be warrantable, the
customer will have 30 days to advise Webb Severe Duty if the product should be returned to
them or scrapped. The customer will be responsible for freight charges associated with the
return to their location. If Webb Severe Duty does not receive notification within the 30 day term,
the product will automatically be scrapped.
Overstock Returns – An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning overstock material.
Product must be clearly marked with the RMA number. Product must be shipped to the following
address freight prepaid:

We will only accept returns for active part numbers with revision levels that can be brought up to
current standards, in saleable condition, and that have been purchased within the last 12
months. No more than 3% of the last 12 months purchases can be returned. There will be a
20% restocking charge on all returns and if any cleanup is required, there will be a cleanup
charge of $50 hr. Freight for overstock returns is the responsibility of the customer and will not
be reimbursed by Webb Severe Duty. Overstock returns will only be accepted at the beginning
of each quarter throughout the year (ie: January, April, July, & October).

Any material sent to Webb Severe Duty freight collect will be refused.
