Order Procedures:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact Vendor
directly via phone number.

Stock Orders
Emergency Orders

Minimum Order Quantity

Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
Emergency orders may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed with a
“rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.
There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders.

Freight Policy:

All orders are shipped from the Hino PDC, Howe, IN, or Buford, GA unless otherwise specified. Prepaid freight on Direct Ship orders over
$1,000 (excluding hardware) within the contingent U.S. Prepaid carrier and shipment method is determined by Belmor. Freight costs for all
other Direct Ship orders that do not qualify for prepaid freight will be shipped ground prepaid using Belmor’s choice of carriers. Freight
charges will be added to the invoice unless customer provides third party billing account information (FOB Origin).

Free Freight Policy:

Prepaid freight on Direct Ship orders over $1,000 (excluding hardware) within the contingent U.S. Prepaid carrier and shipment method is
determined by Belmor.

Order Fulfillment Policy:

The standard Direct Ship order lead time is 7 business days from date of order placement. Expedited Direct Ship orders are possible if
stock is available and must be communicated by phone with Belmor Customer Service.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two weeks
of each pricing update.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over; no prefix or suffix.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as Miscellaneous
Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

1 Year Warranty for merchandise with manufacturing defects. All Warranty merchandise returns are to be handled through Belmor
Customer Service at 800-423-1855. A determination will be made by Customer Service whether to have the defective material returned to
the appropriate Belmor manufacturing facility or whether to authorize a field destroy. Any required replacement product orders will be
entered separately by Customer Service. All product that is returned as warranty, and subsequently found to be non-defective, will be
subject to a 15% restocking charge. Return freight on such items is to be paid by the customer.

Returns:

Contact Belmor customer service directly to obtain a return goods authorization code and instructions by phone number listed above. All
returned items must have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked clearly on the outside of the box. RGAs have
an expiration date of sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and void. All non-warranty returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee and must be active part numbers in Belmor's system. Return merchandise must be boxed in a saleable condition in
original packaging and must be shipped in a manner so as not to be damaged in transit. No credit will be issued for product that has been
damaged, altered, or installed on equipment. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the returned non-warranty
merchandise. Special order items or non stock items are not returnable. Each customer account is only allowed one stock adjustment per
calendar year. Stock adjustments: Stock adjustments may be requested at any time during the year and must be made in writing to
Belmor Customer Service. Overstock returns are only allowed within 1 year of invoice date. Each dealership is allowed one stock
adjustment per calendar year. Total returns are limited to 5% of the previous calendar year’s net purchases of Belmor merchandise. A
customer’s account must be current before an RMA will be issued. Merchandise must appear as an available part number in the current
Belmor price list. Credit will be issued at the Belmor selling price less a 15% repacking and restocking charge within 45 days of receipt and
quality inspection of returned goods. Merchandise must be boxed in a saleable condition and shipped in a manner so as not to be
damaged in transit. Any merchandise not acceptable for credit will be returned to the sender freight collect or destroyed by Belmor if
customer authorization to ship is not received within 5 work days and no credit given. Stock adjustments are to be shipped “FREIGHT
PREPAID” at customer expense (FOB destination) and must be shipped to the address provided by Belmor Customer Service.

Shipping Inspection and
Damaged Product:

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival, and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. Contact the
Hino PDC for any damaged product or shipping issues.
