SITUATION:
The raise and lower operation of the loadspace air suspension switch is inverted.
• When the 'up' button is pressed to raise the rear of the vehicle, the rear air
suspension lowers.
• When the 'down' button is pressed to lower the rear of the vehicle, the rear air
suspension raises.
CAUSE:
Incorrect switch graphic location.
ACTION:
Follow the instructions below.

Open the tailgate.

Disconnect the startup battery ground terminal (see TOPIx Workshop Manual
section 414-00: Battery and Charging System - General Information Specification).

Remove the coat hanger in the sequence shown.
Remove the bolt.

Remove the tailgate striker.
Remove the 2 bolts.

Release the 3 clips.

Move aside the le loadspace side trim panel.
Release the clip.

connector (C4CL63).

Using the electrical connector pin extractor tool (418-595) complete the follow
substeps:
Remove the Yellow (YE) wire from cavity 3.
Remove the Yellow and Gray (YE-GY) wire from cavity 4.
Install the YE wire into cavity 4.
Install the YE-GY wire into cavity 3.

Latch the secondary cavity lock of the loadspace air suspension switch connector
(C4CL63).

Install the loadspace switch panel.

Position the le loadspace side trim panel into the original position.
Secure the clip.

Install the tailgate latch guide.
Secure the 3 clips.
16.
Install the tailgate striker.
Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 24 Nm
17.
Install and tighten the coat hanger bolt.
Torque: 4.1 Nm
Install the coat hanger.
18.
Use the suitable tool to reposition the tailgate aperture seal.
19.
Connect the startup battery ground cable (see TOPIx Workshop Manual section
414-00: Battery and Charging System - General Information - Specification).

Do not disconnect the startup battery ground cable from the body ground
stud.
Disconnect the startup battery ground terminal (see TOPIx Workshop Manual

substeps:
