Good Mechanics safety practice must be followed on any repairs.
Safety practices should include but not be limited to properly supporting the chassis, axles, blocking tires, and a work area free of clutter.
Repair shops safety rules must be followed and safety equipment used. O.E.M. Battery and Auxiliary Battery MUST be disconnected.

Circuit Breaker Review:
1. Open the front door/hood at the front of the unit.
2. Locate 30A Circuit Breaker wiring at the driver side of firewall to inspect securely mounted with top & bottom bolts through firewall.
Photo 1 ‐ Correct Installation ‐ Fasteners through steel at top/bottom without any movement
Photo 2 ‐ Incorrect Installation ‐ Top or bottom bolt not through metal (Example: bottom bolt missed on top of the cutout)

notation that NO further changes were required.
3B. If the unit has the circuit breaker installed incorrectly

Repair Instructions:
1. Disconnect batteries
2. Remove Circuit Breaker (keep hardware to use in step 6)
3. Remove connections and clear cables from circuit breaker on the interior side of firewall (photo 3)
4. Remove P‐Clamp to lower Power Cable for clearance (photo 4)
5. Cut opening for circuit breaker to 3 inches high
6. Re‐install circuit breaker to mount plate with hardware from step 2 (photo 5)
7. Secure mounting plate to firewall with 1/4 self‐tapping fasteners (photo 5)
8. Re‐install power cable on the exterior side of firewall with p‐clamp removed in step 4
9. Re‐install power connections to the back side of circuit breaker in step 3
10. Re‐connect batteries
