Transmission Symptom - Transmission Oil Leaks Out When Driving on Race Circuits:
Replacing Vent Line for Clutch Chamber (SY 130/19)

Subject:

Vent line for clutch chamber

Symptom:

Transmission oil leaks out of the vent line for the clutch chamber when driving on race circuits.

Cause:

Highly dynamic driving on race circuits at high engine speeds causes oil foaming and can result in an oil
leak from the PDK vent line on the clutch side in some cases.

Remedial
Action:

Replace vent line for clutch chamber and re-route it.

Replace vent line for clutch chamber.

Install new hose adapter (9GT301280) 
New vent line for clutch chamber -1- on new
vent line for clutch chamber (9GT301063)
 New vent line for clutch chamber -2- and
breather pipe  New vent line for clutch
chamber -3-.

Route new vent line for clutch chamber

upwards as shown and secure with combination holders at positions  New vent line
