Issue
Relay one causing intermittent communication issue to the HMI display.
Reference – Instruction sheet P/N A060X089 on QuickServe OnLine (QSOL).
Log in to QSOL and conduct a literature search for A060X089.
Verification/Confirmation
Relay one to be jumped across terminal 21 NC to terminal 22 NC and from Terminal 31 NC to
32 NC by qualified and authorized technicians in the field.
Reason for Change
Relay one is causing intermittent communication issue to the HMI and the temporary fix is to jump
the relay and block off the port.
