Service Instructions
This repair will be only done by qualified and authorized technician.
Installation Instructions for jumping the relay 1, installing HMI port Cover, and programing the HMI
will be found in QSOL through literature search A060X089.
These Instructions provide the procedure for installing a HMI port cover kit, jumping the relay 1,
and programing the HMI on all Tier 4 finals generator gensets (C70, C100, C150, C200, C275
D2RE).
Instruction sheet will be provided with the service kit through MDC
Instruction sheet will also be available in QSOL
Read these instructions completely and become familiar with safety warnings, cautions and
procedures before starting the installation. For a complete list of safety warnings and precautions,
refer to the service manual.
