BW - Tiguan 2018 – 2019
P020100: Cylinder 1- Injector Circuit
N30_X_1_0916_11_X_X_OBD1_XX_FSB_OBD1_N30_00011 instructs technician to install test
harness VAS 5571 to wiring harness for fuel injector, leaving injector unplugged, induce a short
circuit to ground.....Start engine and let it idle.
o In order to access the fuel injectors on the vehicle the intake manifold must be removed
making starting of engine not possible.



P21A100: Cylinder 6 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance SYS_X_1_0617_11_X_X_CIL_FSB_00000 test ends



P048B00: exhaust pressure control valve position sensor/switch circuit
J883_X_1_0212_11_TDI01_X_Abgasklappe_00011 after verifying wiring voltage, test ends without
stating what component to replace or the test next steps.



5C - Beetle 2012 – 2018, CBFA 2.0l Motronic / 147 kW
P2431: Secondary Air Injection System Air Flow/Pressure Bank 1 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
G609_5KU26CBFA_1_0409_66_00066 secondary air system pressure MVB displays engine RPM
instead of pressure.
o The test should be comparing the actual pressure at secondary air injection sensor 1 with the
pressure readings at Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31 and the Barometric Pressure (BARO)
Sensor -F96. Deviation between the sensors max. 60 mbar.



ECM DTC P159200: Altitude sensor signal/charge air pressure sensor implausible ratio test
G31_X_1_0212_11_TDI01_X_Ladedruckgeber_00011 is incomplete.

for the request parameter Record Data Identifier could not be entered.


