Technical Background
Failure of the -G17- Outside Air Temperature Sensor may create an out of range value for the -G235Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor causing two faults. Only the Outside Air Temperature Sensor is faulty.

Service
In the event of both DTCs being stored, replace ONLY the -G17- Outside Air Temperature Sensor.
Clear all faults from the ECM, and test drive vehicle. If no DTCs return, no further repairs are necessary.
Note:
If BOTH of the DTCs are not stored, then this TSB does not apply.
