Customer:
Forest River would like to make you aware of a recent improvement involving certain 2019 Prime Time Wildcat
WCF384MB-49 fifth-wheel recreational vehicles are equipped with ST235/85R16/G tires, while the Federal Placard
indicates the tire on the vehicle is a ST235/80R16/E. Please see the information below for replacing the Federal Placard
on the Vehicle with the one included with this letter.
WHAT IS THE ISSUE?
The tires installed on the vehicle are ST235/85R16/G. The tires on the Federal Placard indicate ST235/80R16/E. The
ST235/80R16/E tire still exceeds the Gross Axle Weight Rating (“GAWR”).
OWNERS/DEALERS: WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
Ø
The labels are located on the road side of the unit, low on the sidewall or on the upper deck on the same side and
on the entry door;
Ø
Wipe off the area where the labels are located with isotropic alcohol;
Ø
Peel the new labels off the backer and carefully place the labels on the side of the unit directly on top of the
incorrect labels, do not forget the CCC label at the entry door;
Ø
Use a squeegee or damp sponge and smooth out the label.
