This may be caused by insufficient sealing of the climate control system drain tube.

Inspect the front left and right footwell carpet for water ingress.
If the carpet(s) does not show evidence of water ingress, do not continue with this
Technical Bulletin as the customer concern is not directly related to its content.

Remove the floor console side trim (see the TOPIx Workshop Manual section 501-12: Instrument
Panel and Console - Removal and Installation - Floor Console side Trim Panel).

Remove the left trim panel.

Position the left footwell carpet to the side.
