BMW of North America, LLC (BMWNA) is pleased to announce a partnership with Vintage Parts, Inc (VPI).
This partnership provides continued long-term support of select, discontinued spare parts and accessories
that were previously subject to scrapping and designated No Longer Available (NLA) through our BMWNA
RDC’s. These new, original parts will now be transferred to VPI distribution facilities in Beaver Dam, WI,
where they will be available for distribution exclusively to all authorized BMW and MINI dealerships.
When parts have been transferred to VPI, an indicator will be added to the BMW parts availability screen
indicating they are included in the VPI program. The indicator displays the phone number and website and is
conveniently linked directly to the Vintage Parts website. Parts in the VPI program will not show availability,
and will no longer be able to be ordered directly from or returned to BMWNA.

Getting Started:
You must contact VPI to create an account. To set up an account with Vintage Parts, Inc., send an email to
[email protected] including:

Your dealership name
Your dealership address
Your telephone number

You will receive a reply email with an account number and instructions on how to finalize set up of your
account on the Vintage Parts website. If necessary, you may also call VPI at the number provided below to
get help from a Vintage Parts, Inc. representative to set up your account.

Expedited shipping methods are available at Dealers expense.
Orders received by 4pm Central Time will ship that day.
Drop ship services are available at no additional charge.

Parts included in the VPI program are no longer returnable to BMWNA RDC’s. Vintage Parts offers

Parts purchased through the Vintage Parts Inc. program receive the 2 year/unlimited miles part
warranty coverage. Please see the BMW NA Warranty Policy and Procedures manual for
