Remote Two Speed Programming and International Chassis’

Issue:
Terex has learned the two-speed throttle control, on specific International chassis with
Diamond Logic chassis control system, may not increase engine RPM and requires
reprogramming.

Action of Owner:
At your next chassis service interval, the updated Diamond Logic program can be
downloaded to the affected VIN’s. The new program can be accessed and downloaded
by your servicing International dealership from the “Get from History” area of the
chassis VIN. Please present this letter to your servicing International dealer. If you or
the service center has questions about this notice, please contact the Terex Utilities
factory Service Department at 1-844-837-3948 for more information.

What Terex Will Do:
Terex has uploaded the updated Diamond Logic program. Any charges related to the
downloading of the new program will be reimbursed by Terex. Dealers can contact the
Terex Warranty Department [email protected] or call 844-837-3948.
Terex and local industry standards (e.g. ANSI, CSA) requires that the purchaser of a
Terex unit report to Terex the model and serial number of each machine and their
contact information within 60 days of the sale. Terex requests the seller also provide
the name, address, and telephone number of the new owner, Use the Owner Update
Form in the manual to update the owner status of any of your machines.
Always follow all inspection and maintenance requirement as specified in the manuals.

receipt of this notice.
