Technical Background
OBD diagnostics are too sensitive. Replacing the knock sensor will not resolve the customer concern.
Production Solution
New software in the engine control module (ECM), J623 (address word 0001) addressed the condition.

1. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the ECM, J623 (address word 0001) using the SVM action code as listed in the table below, if
necessary:
