Summary
TSB: Some 2015 model year LE and SE grade Camry and Camry HV vehicles equipped with the base Entune display audio system may exhibit a condition in which blank compass and audio tabs appear in the combination meter multi-information display, as shown in Figure 1. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

Entune™ display audio system may exhibit a condition in which blank compass and audio tabs
appear in the combination meter multi-information display, as shown in Figure 1. Follow the Repair
Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

Repair Procedure
1. Confirm that blank compass and audio tabs appear in the combination meter multi-information
display.
2. Confirm that the vehicle is equipped with one of the combination meter part numbers listed in
the Parts Information section of this bulletin.

Repair Procedure (Continued)
3. Flash reprogram the Combination Meter Assembly.
Follow the procedures outlined in Service Bulletin T-SB-0012-13, “Techstream ECU Flash
Reprogramming Procedure”, and flash the Combination Meter with the NEW calibration
file update.
NOTE
The GR8 Battery Diagnostic Station MUST be used in Power Supply Mode to maintain battery
voltage above 11.4 volts while flash reprogramming the Combination Meter.
NOTICE
• Damage to the Combination Meter may occur if the correct battery charger mode setting is
NOT used.
• Power Supply Mode is used to maintain battery voltage at 13.5 volts while flash
reprogramming the vehicle.
• For details on how to use the GR8 Battery Diagnostic Station, refer to the
GR8 Instruction Manual located on TIS, Diagnostics – Tools & Equipment – Battery
Diagnostics.
4. Confirm that the combination meter operates normally and that the compass and audio tabs no
longer appear on the combination meter multi-information display.
