Pursuant to 6 NYCRR § 228-1.5(a), mobile equipment repair and refinishing facilities must keep a record of the quantity of
coating materials used each month, which is to be presented to NYSDEC upon request. To the extent this requirement
applies to Toyota CRC activities, the following amounts of CRCs were used to process each vehicle type: (1) Sequoia
COD -— 2 liters of 712AM and 3 liters of Noxudol 300 S; (2) Tundra BOD -- 1 liter of 712AM (0.165 Ibs/gal of VOC) and 3
liters of Noxudol 300 § (0.09 Ibs/gal of VOC); and (3) Tacoma LSC 90D -- 2 liters of 712AM and 2 liters of Noxudol 300 S.
