where this is not active and will correct small operating

Work instructions

The instructions contained in this bulletin are based on
ODIS Service diagnosis software updated to release 4.2.3
(or following) and database Lamborghini 2.11.8 (please
refer to BI.07.15 and be sure that ODIS service on your
laptop is up-to-date).

3. Start ODIS service and complete the preliminary operations as described in chapter 10.00.ODIS preliminary operations.

IMPORTANT:
Please correctly identify the vehicle selecting the right
Variant (Coupè) and Engine Type (470 kW - Huracan
Performante). Leave the checkbox “Using guided fault
finding” marked.

Updating Procedure:
2. Please connect a battery charger to the recharge points
available in the engine bonnet, as shown in picture.

TSU UPDATE
The software update version will depend on the version of
the software currently present on the TSU; in one case,
you can perform a direct upgrade, and in the other you will
need to perform an intermediate update.
Below are the possible software update solutions in accordance with the currently available version.

4. Right click dashboard ECU and select “Guided Functions”.

10. Click “Yes” in order to enable TSU Update Mode.

12. At this point, before you insert the USB stick into the
appropriate slot, you must check the software version
on the TSU.

IMPORTANT:
Keep the diagnostic Interface connect on the OBD socket
and do not close ODIS Service program. Once the software update has been executed is necessary complete
ODIS operation.

13. From this point continue the procedure using the buttons in the central tunnel. Enter into “TSU engineering
menu” by pressing simultaneously CAR + NAV buttons.

15. If the TSU current version is 99.xx.xx (e.g.99.09.03)
you can execute the “Direct Update”.
Please skip to step 29.

14. On Kombi display will be shown the following page.
Select "Board Info", using the main knob.
16. If the TSU current version is 02.00.00 you shall performe an intermidiate update, it means you have to
flash twice the TSU.

IMPORTANT
DO NOT select “Reboot” and “Factory Reset”. These
two options might result in the system failure.

SD-Creator:
17. On your laptop, open SD-Creator by a double click on
the program icon.
We remind you that you need a USB stick to download the TSU software.

19. In the main page of SD-Creator you shall fill out the
Model and Part Number fields

Select the Model, (Huracan)
Insert the Part Number 616.530.011.63

Through this Part Number, TSU software version 82.04.00
will be downloaded. Then, click “Search”.

20. If the entered part number is correct, following the
search, will be shown the model name and the required size of the USB stick to generate the software.
IMPORTANT:
Before You Begin Creating Your Software!
The process involves formatting the USB Key and deleting the files inside it.
In order to do not lose your data, it is advisable to use
empty USB keys.

18. When the program starts, fill in the Windows screen
fields as explained in the “BI-09.17_ [ENG] _ SDCreator installation package procedures"

22. At the end of the process, green icons will appear on
the right and positive feedback will be displayed indicating the success of the operation. Click on the Bar
“
” in order to finish the download
process. The USB stick is automatically unplugged
from your laptop

24. Move on the car and insert the USB stick containing
the downloaded software previously, in the USB port
fitted in the rear area of the central tunnel.
25. On Kombi display, from TSU Engineering menu select "Update Sw", using the main knob.

26. Using the Main Knob select “OK” in order to start
software update.

23. To verify the success of the operation, extract and reinsert the USB stick and make sure that the software
required to update the TSU is present.

Note:
“Current Version” is the software already present on
TSU control unit.
“Update Version” is the software that is going to be
installed on TSU control unit.
At this point the software 82.04.00 is downloaded and it is
possible flash the TSU.
