Diese Software-Aktualisierung muss von einer Fachwerkstatt durchgeführt werden. Unter Umständen wird
ergänzende, fahrzeugspezifische Literatur benötigt. Unsachgemäße Handhabung kann zu Schäden am Fahrzeug
führen.
Es ist sicherzustellen, dass die Ruhespannung der Fahrzeugbatterie mindestens 12,5 Volt beträgt. Zur Erhaltung
der Bordspannung während de gesamten Ablaufs ein Batterie-Ladegerät -VAS 590X- anschließen.
Während der Software-Aktualisierung darf keine Diagnose oder sonstige Aktion mit dem Fahrzeugdiagnosetester
durchgeführt werden.
Zur Software-Aktualisierung werden der Aktivierungs-Code, die Aktivierungs-Nummer und der Aktivierungs-Pin
benötigt. Diese Angaben können dem beiliegenden Softwarezertifikat entnommen werden.

Fahrzeugdiagnosetester bei ausgeschalteter Zündung am Diagnoseanschluss des Fahrzeugs anschließen.
Zündung einschalten.
Betriebsart „Geführte Fehlersuche“ auswählen und das Fahrzeug identifizieren.
Nach dem Abfragen der Steuergeräte zu „Sonderfunktionen“ wechseln und das Prüfprogram „FunktionsFreischaltungs-System“ starten.
 Schaltfläche „Funktion Freischalten“ auswählen.
 Diagnoseadresse „5F“ eingeben (freizuschaltendes Steuergerät) und Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm des
Fahrzeugdiagnosetesters folgen.
Zur Freischaltung wird die Onlineverbindung hergestellt und die Softwareanpassung durchgeführt.
 Nach erfolgreicher Freischaltung Infotainmentsystem neu starten (Ein-/Ausschalter des Infotainmentsystem
länger als 10 Sekunden gedrückt halten).
 Geführte Fehlersuche beenden.
 Verbindung des Fahrzeugdiagnosetester trennen.

Tuto aktualizaci software musí provést kvalifikovaný servis. Za jistých okolností se musí použít doplňková
literatura specifická pro vozidlo. Neodborná manipulace může mít za následek poškození vozidla.
Musíte se ujistit, že klidové napětí baterie vozidla má hodnotu minimálně 12,5 Volt. Připojte k zachování napětí
na palubní desce během celého průběhu nabíječku baterie -VAS 590X-.
Během aktualizace software se nemůže provádět žádná diagnóza nebo jiná akce s testovacím přístrojem vozidla.
K aktivaci software je potřebný aktivační kód, aktivační číslo a aktivační PIN kód. Tato data lze najít v přiloženém
certifikátu software.
Technické změny vyhrazeny.






Diagnostické testovací zařízení vozidla připojte při vypnutém zapalování na diagnostickou přípojku vozidla.
Zapněte zapalování.
Zvolte provozní režim "Řízené vyhledávání chyb" a identifikujte vozidlo.
Po testování přepněte řídící přístroje na "zvláštní funkce" a spusťte kontrolní program "Funkční aktivační
program".
 Zvolte ikonu "Aktivační funkce".
 Zadejte diagnostickou adresu „5F“ (aktivovaný řídící přístroj) a dodržujte pokyny na obrazovce diagnostického
testovacího zařízení.
K aktivaci se vytvoří on-line spojení a provede se přizpůsobení software.
 Po úspěšné aktivaci restartujte informační systém (Podržte stisknuté zapnutí/vypnutí informačního systému déle
než 10 sekund).
 Ukončete doprovázené vyhledávání chyb.
 Oddělte spojku diagnostického testovacího zařízení vozidla.

Esta actualización de software debe ser llevada a cabo por un taller especializado. En ciertas circunstancias,
puede ser necesaria bibliografía complementaria específica para el vehículo. Una manipulación incorrecta puede
causar daños en el vehículo.
Debe garantizarse que el voltaje residual de la batería del vehículo ascienda como mínimo a 12,5 voltios. Para
mantener la tensión de a bordo durante todo el procedimiento, conectar un cargador de batería -VAS 590X-.
Durante la actualización de software no se puede realizar ningún diagnóstico ni ninguna acción de otro tipo con
el tester de diagnóstico del vehículo.
Para activar el software se necesitan el código de activación, el número de activación y el PIN de activación. Estos
datos se pueden tomar del certificado de software adjunto.
Se reserva el derecho a realizar modificaciones técnicas.

 Conectar el tester de diagnóstico del vehículo a la conexión de diagnóstico del vehículo con el encendido
desconectado.
 Conectar el encendido.
 Seleccionar el modo de funcionamiento «Búsqueda de fallos guiada» e identificar el vehículo.
 Tras la consulta de las unidades de control, pasar a «Funciones especiales» y arrancar el programa de
comprobación «Sistema de activación de función».
 Seleccionar el botón «Activar función».
 Introducir la dirección de diagnóstico «5F» (unidad de control a activar) y seguir las instrucciones que aparecen
en la pantalla del tester de diagnóstico del vehículo.
Para la activación se establece la conexión en línea y se realiza la adaptación del software.
 Una vez que se ha realizado correctamente la activación del sistema de infoentretenimiento, reiniciar (mantener
presionado durante más de 10 segundos el interruptor de encendido/apagado del sistema de
infoentretenimiento).
 Finalizar la «Búsqueda de fallos guiada».
 Interrumpir la conexión del tester de diagnóstico del vehículo.

L'actualisation de ce logiciel doit être confiée à un atelier spécialisé. Dans certains cas, elle requiert une
documentation complémentaire spécifique au véhicule. Une manipulation incorrecte risque d'endommager le
véhicule.
S'assurer que la tension de repos de la batterie du véhicule est d'au moins 12,5 volts. Pour maintenir la tension
de bord pendant toute la procédure, raccorder un chargeur de batterie -VAS 590X-.
Aucun diagnostic ni aucune autre action ne doit être exécutée avec le testeur de diagnostic du véhicule durant
l'actualisation du logiciel.
Le code, le numéro et le pin d'activation sont nécessaires pour la mise à jour du logiciel. Ces indications peuvent
être consultées dans le certificat de logiciel fourni.

Pour activer la fonction, établir la liaison en ligne et réaliser la mise à jour du logiciel.
 Une fois activé, redémarrer le système Infotainment (maintenir le bouton Marche/arrêt du système Infotainment
enfoncé pendant plus de 10 secondes).
 Quitter Détection des défauts.
 Couper la liaison du testeur de diagnostic du véhicule.

This software update has to be carried out by an authorised workshop. In some cases supplementary, vehiclespecific literature is required. Incorrect handling may lead to damage to the vehicle.
It must be ensured that the open-circuit voltage of the vehicle battery is at least 12.5 Volts. To maintain the onboard voltage during the complete procedure, connect a -VAS 590X- battery charger.
Neither diagnostic nor any other operations may be performed with the vehicle diagnostic tester during the
software update.
The activation code, the activation number and the activation pin are required for software actualization. For this
data, refer to the software certificate enclosed.
Subject to technical modifications.

If the ignition is replaced, connect the vehicle diagnostic tester to the diagnostic connection on the vehicle.
Switch on the ignition.
Select the "Guided troubleshooting" mode on the vehicle diagnostic tester and then identify the vehicle.
After the control units requests to change to "Special functions" and start the test program "Activate functions
system".
 Select pushbutton "Activate function".
 Enter the diagnostics address "5F" (for the control unit to be activated) on the screen and follow the vehicle
diagnostic tester instructions.
After activation, the online connection is established and the software update carried out.
 After successful activation, restart the infotainment system (press the On/Off switch of the Infotainment system for
more than 10 seconds).
 End Guided troubleshooting.
 Disconnect the connection to the vehicle diagnostic tester.
