Technical Background
Welding process issues of the reductant line connector to the supply line may cause Ad Blue leakage at the
reductant injector.

Production Solution
Improved parts implemented into production.

Service
Inspect the connection of the reductant supply line connector at the reductant injector in the engine compartment.
If white crystalized (dried) Ad Blue is found at the reductant injector (see Figure 1 & 2), it will be necessary to
replace the reductant supply line.

Thoroughly clean the area of the reductant supply line connection with water to remove the crystalized Ad Blue.
Replace the reductant supply line.
Note:
It is not necessary to replace the reductant injector.
