to this document have a black line against them in the left margin. Please destroy all copies of SPL-30-0596 that you have
and replace them with this Service Policy Letter SPL-30-0596V2.
Note:

If you have already completed the survey under Service Policy Letter SPL-30-0596, you do not need to
complete the survey again under Service Policy Letter SPL-30-0596V2.

Dear Colleagues,
To make sure that we have the infrastructure and service facilities in position to support future Aston Martin Electric
Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) products, we must know the servicing facilities of our Dealer network for
EVs and HEVs.

Survey of Dealer Facilities for the Servicing of Electric Vehicles
We would like you to complete a survey on the servicing facilities that you have for Electric Vehicles. To do this, please
use the “Save” option for the attached Electric Vehicle Survey Form and save the Form to your computer.
Note:

Do not use the “Open” option for the attached form as it will not save correctly when completed.

Open and complete the form then click on the “Submit” button to email it to us.
Please complete the questionnaire and return by 22 September 2017.
