Condition
• One of the following conditions is present:
• Audi side assist (lane change assist) does not work.
• A warning about sensor vision appears in the driver information system.
• One of the following DTCs may be stored in the lane change assistance control module, J769 (address word
3C):
• DTC B200000 (control module faulty)
• DTC C111504 (lane change assistance control module 2 - faulty)
• DTC C1114F3 (lane change assistance control module - restricted view)
• DTC C1115F5 (lane change assistance control module 2 - restricted view)

Technical Background
Defective internal control unit component.

Production Solution
Improved hardware.

Service
1. Confirm that one of the DTCs listed in the Condition is stored in the lane change assistance control module,
J769 (address word 3C).
2. If one of the DTCs is stored, replace both lane change assistance control modules (J769 and J770), and
submit one warranty claim.
