Dear Colleagues,
In December, 2010, we issued a Warranty Policy Letter to tell you about regional variations to Aston Martin Warranties
for new vehicles. We would like to remind you about the information given in that document.
Note:

This Warranty Policy Letter replaces the previous document WPL-30-0242 which is now deleted.

The Regional Warranties apply to the sales of all new Aston Martin vehicles, which are wholesaled by Aston Martin on or
after 1 January 2011. Vehicles that were wholesaled before this date did not qualify for Regional Warranties, and kept
their Global Warranty status.
Aston Martin vehicles are built and homologated to support the Region (given in Table 1 that follows) for which it is
manufactured, and they comply with the local regulatory requirements of that Region. As a result, from 1 January 2011,
the Regional Warranties have covered Aston Martin vehicles that are built for and supplied to a Region.
The Warranty Statements of our Owner’s Guides have been updated to describe the Regional Warranties. These have
been supplied with each new vehicle that was delivered since 1 January 2011. Please do a check of each vehicle to make
sure that the Owner’s Guide that is supplied is up to date and that it refers to the Regional Warranties. If you receive a
vehicle that has an incorrect version of the Warranty Statement, then please contact the Warranty Department at
[email protected] or telephone +44 1926 644707 and we will send you the newest version.
Table 1 that follows gives a list of the four Regions that apply, and the countries that are included in each Region:

Warranty coverage when touring
We will still apply the strategy that is described in the Owner’s Guide related to touring. This will let us support those
Customers who travel between regions on business and pleasure. Please contact Aston Martin Client Support if you need
to talk about specific Customer requests applicable to travel.
All Dealers must make sure that all verbal and written communication with Customers on this subject, is absolutely clear
and consistent. You must also make sure that when you do any aftersales and Warranty work on an Aston Martin Lagonda
vehicle, that the coverage of the Warranty for the applicable vehicle is checked on DCS and clearly confirmed with the
Customer.
Please make sure that this information is copied to all of the applicable personnel in your Dealership.
