If the vehicle speed is above 5 km/h and the lean
angle measured from the vertical, both to the left
and the right, is above 10° the strategy is
activated. When the lean angle value is lower
than 5° the turn indicators will automatically turn
off.

The possible contact is caused by a wrong positioning of the handlebar
in respect of the fastening U-bolts (handlebar is turned too much to the back).

Once handlebar has been installed, always check that, in the maximum
steering position to the right and to the left, there is a gap of at least
10 mm between clutch master cylinder and front brake hose fastening
unions and fuel tank.
Should this minimum distance not be respected, turn handlebar to the
front.
Any request of fuel tank replacement under warranty due to damages caused by
a wrong handlebar adjustment will not be accepted.

To restore the correct tightening of the screws Part no. 77750183C, apply
Loctite 243 along the screw threading and tighten the screws M4x8 to a
torque of 2.5 Nm.
We would like to inform you that the replacement of the rear-view mirrors is
not required.

Should the rider seat plate detach, do NOT replace the seat.
To secure the plate again it is necessary to refit the clips Part. no. 85044251A available at our spare part
warehouse.
To fit the clips Part no. 85044251A follow the procedure indicated below:
1) Working on the seat lower side, make an opening on the thermal protection in correspondence of the
plate fastening area, paying attention not to damage the elastic band;
2) Position the plate by inserting the 2 pins in the relevant holes on the seat;
3) Fit the 2 clips Part. no. 85044251A on the plate pins using a box wrench to make the operation easier.

The first batch of kits supplied with the bikes
contains 2 M10x70 screws that cannot be used
for the bike pre-delivery and are not part of the
bike parts list.
It is necessary to remove these 2 M10x70
screws as they have no function.

Should you have this problem, use pliers to deform the side
pannier upper closing bracket by a few degrees upwards to avoid
any interference of the bracket with the subframe upper pipe.

engagement and disengagement procedure of the side panniers
on the bike.

Please, be informed that, starting from 16/05/2016 we have
started shipping bikes with disassembled RH and LH aluminium
side covers.
During pre-delivery, it will thus be necessary to fit RH and LH
aluminium side covers by tightening retaining screws to a torque
of 6 Nm ±10%.

manufactured bikes. For this reason, to install the tank side protection kit Part no. 96780861A on a vehicle
with frame serial number before the ZDMAA03AAGB011498, you must order the additional kit Part no.
96780931A with all the hardware required to complete the assembly.

additional kit Part no. 96780931A, and can thus be installed on all vehicles.

It is recommended to remove adhesive protections performing a hot
removal procedure, following one of the indications listed below:
1) heat the engine for 5 minutes and remove the adhesive
protections with engine hot;
2) heat the adhesive protections with a domestic heating gun for
1 minute (max 200°C at a distance of 20-30 cm) and remove
protections.
Avoid cold adhesive protection removal.
Should the clear coating of the frame detach, it is necessary to fill
in a Youtech request and attach some pictures.
