Description
This Campaign is being issued to address ISB/ISL CM2350 24V turbocharger actuators.
Action
In order to qualify for repair under this field action, an engine:
1. will be covered Regardless of coverage status, and
2. must be on the attached ESN list.
After verifying that the engine meets the above requirements, perform the following actions:
1. Inspect actuator casting mark and identify if its from cavity 1 or cavity 2 (see attachment
B).

2. If actuator casting is from cavity 2, the actuator does not need to be replaced. Campaign
action is complete.
3. If actuator casting is from cavity 1, replace actuator per procedure 010-134, Variable
Geometry Turbocharger Actuator, Electric.
NOTE: Actuator code/software does not need to be calibrated as replacement
actuators already come with appropriate code/software. It only needs to be
mechanically calibrated to the turbo per the 010-134 procedure.
4. Please follow part return instructions per this Campaign document.
Material Disposition
Materials removed as a result of this field action must be returned to Cummins.
Attach a Materials Return Ticket with the ESN, Campaign and Claim Number on the parts and
package the materials for return to:
