Feedback Corner
This week's feedback is from James regarding a 2010 Routan Repair Manual. He stated:
"The repair manual states “Remove the nut (1) that secures the underbody refrigerant extension
lines (3) and the sealing plate (4) to the rear A/C expansion valve (1)”at the start of removal
for the rear HVAC housing, it should state “Remove the nut (2) that secures the underbody
refrigerant extension lines (3) and the sealing plate (4) to the rear A/C expansion valve (1).”"
The Service Information Team reviewed the feedback and was verified that the technician was
correct and the Repair Manual was updated. James included his full name and email address
with the feedback and will receive Audi
Winner’s Circle Rewards for helping improve the quality
of the repair information.

Due to the mounting design of the engine oil cooler, it is possible for the oil cooler to become loose
during an oil service. If this happens, an oil leak may occur between the oil cooler and the oil filter
adaptor housing. This condition can be corrected by tightening the oil cooler mounting nut. DO
NOT replace any parts for this condition.
