The engine fitted to this vehicle is a service replacement engine, in order to albw the engine to be k:lentified as a service replacement engine for future
parts and workshop manual information the instructions within this procedure must be folbwed.
The service replacement engine is based on a 2012 model year W 12 engine.

Remedy
This campaign must be carried out on aD applicable vehicles within the specific VIN range to ensure all affected vehicles are checked and repaired as
detailed within the onward instructions.

Customer notification
Please ensure that aD affected vehicles are checked and repaired during a service visit.
If the campaign was not performed during a workshop visit inform the customer about the campaign.

Check
If the vehicle is not already listed as repaired in the "Repair history" (in Elsa Pro), check for the campaign identificati::ln mark which is a yelbw paint
mark on the underside of the left hand upper door hinge (Figure 2) if the paint mark is not evident please carry out the required work in accordance
with these instructi::lns.

Control
All future replacement engines ordered for a 2004 to 2006 model year Continental GT and Continental Flying Spur will be supplied with a service
handbook addendum.
The Bentley Motors emblem is stamped on the front face of the left hand cylinder head and on the right hand side of the crankcase, please refer to
the latest versbn of the TPI with the Transactbn number of 2034004
