RUST ON BOTTOM OF REAR DOOR GLASS GUIDE

• This bulletin supersedes the previous bulletin 09-026/11 issued on 10/5/11. The APPLICABLE MODEL(S)/
VINS , REPAIR PROCEDURE, PARTS and WARRANTY INFORMATION have been revised.

DESCRIPTION
Some vehicles may exhibit rust on the bottom of the rear door glass guide (A) from contact with the rear beltline
molding (B). This is caused by a vibration while driving.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Verify customer concern.
2. Depending on the VIN , follow the procedure for the vehicles Type A or'Type 8 .

NOTE: If a vehicle of Type A has already been reworked according to previous TSB 09-026/11 (10/5/11) ,
perform repair for Type B vehicles.
3. Verify repair.
Vehicles Ty pe A
At the affected side(s), replace both the the rear door glass guide assembly and the rear beltline molding with
modified ones. Refer to MS3 online instructions or Workshop Manual section 09-12 REAR DOOR QUARTER
GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION and 09-16 REAR BELTLINE MOLDING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
