PROGRAM AND PRODUCT UPDATES
CVP Support - 164 320 59 13 80 (Strut)
Delivery delays for Part Number 164 320 59 13 80 will qualify for CVP reimbursement for warranty and customer
pay repairs. These reimbursements will be extended for those orders that were placed from November 1, 2013 January 31, 2014.
The following administrative steps must be adhered to qualify for CVP credit:
Dealer Requirements
• Dealer must input RO and Servicing VIN information on the TSD loaner agreement
• Dealer must submit monthly Aftersales Parts Performance report
• Dealer must have no less than a 20% acceptance rate for D2D orders
• Orders that are subject to reimbursement must be placed as a VOR
• Dealer must include RO and VIN information on the VOR order

How is the part number of the wiring harnesses available for a specific vehicle determined?
Answer:
When determining the part number for a wiring harness, it must be noted that there may be several picture charts for
one subgroup.
On the first picture chart (e.g. in this case Picture Chart No. 21 of the Subgroup 545), the complete wiring harness of
the specific vehicle with the wiring harness connectors is generally shown, e.g. for Model Series 204:
