The sleeper storage weight rating label is incorrect and needs to be replaced.
Chassis Affected
19 T680 Chassis manufactured between 9/30/2013 and 10/11/2013. See the attached chassis list and customer letter.
Action
CAMPAIGN
Review the attached chassis list for your dealer code and schedule your customer(s) for service if their chassis is on the list. Service all chassis affected
that enter your dealership, even if the customer has no issue with the chassis. This campaign can be performed at any time convenient for the
customer (for example: during next scheduled maintenance interval). Use the attached procedure. Review the DWC or SIR online systems for
“Complete” next to the “02133” campaign code prior to performing this repair.
NOTE: Chassis affected are so new that Kenworth may not have customers’ names and addresses registered. Please contact your
customers or check your lot for these chassis.
