before delivery. The owners of the vehicles affected by this bulletin will be advised by a letter indicating the Vehicle
Identification Number (VIN) of each vehicle concerned.

DESCRIPTION
On the vehicles affected by this bulletin, the air dryer assembly may present a leak at the pressure probe
connection. The O-ring in this location may be deformed due to the fitting arrangement. Adding a metal
ring will prevent this issue.

PROCEDURE

DANGER
Park vehicle safely, apply parking brake, stop engine and set battery master switch(es) to the OFF
position prior to working on the vehicle.
1. Lift vehicle
2. Release air pressure by front service
compartment drain valve.
3. Air dryer may be located in one of these three
locations :
A. Above drive axle, left side
B. In Spheros preheater compartment.
C. In last luggage compartment on the aft wall.

4. Disconnect and unscrew the probe, leaving the
fitting on the air dryer (unscrew only the probe).

5. If you have fitting 641294, take this ring to
install on the probe.

6. Add ring 504789 at arrow location and re-install
probe on air dryer assembly.

7. Reconnect probe and verify for air leaks.
Ensure system operates correctly.

PARTS / WASTE DISPOSAL
Discard waste according to applicable environmental regulations (Municipal/State[Prov.]/ Federal)

WARRANTY
This modification is covered by Prevost’s normal warranty. We will reimburse you the parts and one half
hour (30min) of labor upon receipt of a completed A.F.A. form on which you must specify as per
"Warranty Bulletin WB13-56".

DESCRIPTION
Prevost recommends checking for proper functioning of the antilock braking system (ABS) & electronic
stability control (ESC) system using Bendix ACom Diagnostics software.
Bendix ACom Diagnostics software provides the technician with access to all the available EC-60 ABS
ECU diagnostic information and the ability to perform ABS/ESC component tests, including M-32QR
Pressure Modulator Valve.
When using ACom Diagnostics software to diagnose the EC-60 ABS ECU, the computer’s USB port
needs to be connected to the vehicle’s diagnostic connector.
For the latest information, and for free downloads of the Bendix ACom Diagnostics software, and its User
Guide, visit the Bendix website at www.bendix.com.

1. On the front axle, left side (driver’s
side). Locate this bolt (arrow).
2.

Verify the torque on this bolt.

Value should be
255 +/- 25 lbf-ft. (230 - 280 lbf-ft).

3. If torque is outside the required
range, unscrew half a turn and tighten to
255 lbf-ft.

DO NOT RETURN THE REPLACED PARTS. Discard waste according to applicable environmental
regulations (Municipal/State[Prov.]/ Federal)

WARRANTY
This modification is covered by Prevost’s normal warranty. We will reimburse you three quarters of an
hour (45min) of labor upon receipt of a warranty claim. Please submit claim via our Online Warranty
System, available at www.prevostcar.com (under Service \ Warranty section). Use Claim Type:
“Bulletin/Recall” and select ‘’Warranty Bulletin WB13-62".
