THE FRAME RECALL HAS EXPIRED BUT THE SPRING RECALL IS STILL IN EFFECT. SO I FEEL THAT TO FIX THE SAFETY ISSUE THEY SHOULD FIX THE FRAME SO THAT THEY CAN FIX THE SPRINGS TO SOLVE THE SAFETY ISSUE.
