LUCKILY, I WAS ABLE TO PULL IT TO THE CURBSIDE BEFORE A COLLISION MAY HAVE OCCURRED. BUT SOMEONE WITH LESS DRIVING CAPABILITIES MAY HAVE ENDED UP IN AN ACCIDENT DUE TO THE CAR STALLING WITHOUT ANY WARNING. LATER ON I FOUND OUT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED AND NISSAN DIDN'T CARE AT ALL WHEN I CONTACTED THEM. I GOT TRANSMISSION REPLACED MYSELF. THE CONTACT CALLED BETTEN BAKER HONDA (2501 HENRY ST, MUSKEGON, MI 49441) WHERE HE WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND WAS GIVEN THE SAME INFORMATION AS THE DEALER. THE CONTACT WAS OFFERED NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 108,185.
